Brief Bio: Anna's background isn't well known enough to have a real bio on her childhood or most of her teen years, however Anna rose quickly to power in the Lab, a group that experiments on superheroes and villains as well as normal humans (saplings, as she calls them) to determine what makes Powereds so special, and how to replicate it. She's not crazy, just practical, as she loves to say. She controls the Lab and often goes on errands of her own, collecting the homeless for 'a nice hot meal'... laced with neurotoxin or sleeping agents.
